Travel Relic is committed to protecting your information, including your uploaded photos and personal information. This privacy policy will explain how we collect information from you and how we securely use it in order to create your custom designed products.

Use of Information
Travel Relic protects our customer information. We do not sell, share, or rent this information in ways other than listed in this privacy statement.

Digital Image Ownership
Only the copyright owners of the images supplied to TravelRelic.com can create and order products within our system. Our users are asked during the CREATE/Ordering Process to confirm their ownership of the images provided. Travel Relic will not use or publish your images or created products with any third party and provided images and information are used solely to fulfill your order.

External Links
In our effort to provide a successful travel community through our website, there may be links to external sites at TravelRelic.com. It is not the responsibility of TravelRelic.com for the privacy practices of mentioned external sites. The privacy policy of TravelRelic.com is only applicable to information collected by this website.

Use of IP Addresses
Travel Relic uses IP addresses to determine movement around the website, analyze site usage trends and to make user interface improvements. IP addresses are not connected with personally identifiable information.

Opt-Out Policy
Users of Travel Relic are given the opportunity to “opt out” of having their information used for purposes not directly related to TravelRelic.com. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt out of receiving these communications by including "no email" in the subject line of their return email or email us at privacy@travelrelic.com

We are concerned with the quality of the interaction with our users and we make every effort to insure that our emails, including updates, promotions, and announcements, are relevant to our users.

Third Party Services
Travel Relic uses third-party vendors to produce certain products and services sold on TravelRelic.com. In the event the product ordered is produced by a third-party service, the user’s name and mailing address may be supplied in order to fulfill and ship the order. The user’s personal financial information, such as their credit card number, will not be supplied to the third-party producer.

The third-party vendor may not use this information for any purpose other than to process your order. The information will not be used for any other purposes, including additional sales attempts or further solicitation, including renting or selling of the information to other third-parties., unless required to do so in order to satisfy any law, regulation, governmental request, or other legal order.

Online Order Forms
During the ordering process, Travel Relic requests the user to fill out an online order form. The user will be asked to provide personal information, such as their name, mailing address, email address and financial information, such as their credit card and relevant expiration information.

As mentioned previously, the financial information will never be provided with the third-party producers. The financial information will only be used by Travel Relic to fulfill the order or communicate with the users’ financial institution in transaction-relevant communications. Again, the user’s collected information will not be shared with, rented or sold-to, third-parties unless the user gives permission to do so.

Online and Off-line Security
Travel Relic makes every effort to protect our users’ information through both off-line and online measures.

All information provided to Travel Relic will be captured in an encrypted and protected SSL environment. SSL provides a secure online environment. Offline, users’ information is restricted in our personal offices, as well as any third-party producer contracted to complete production. Access to user’s information is limited and every effort is made to keep information confidential.

All employees are trained on the most up-to-date information security procedures. Exposure to personal information (excluding financial, which is held securely in the online, SSL environment) is limited to those fulfilling the specific user’s order.

The technology and hardware used to support Travel Relic are maintained and supported by a global, leading Information Technology company.

Legal Disclaimer
Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

Service Providers
We use third parties to provide merchant and credit card services on our site. When you purchase through Travel Relic, your information is provided to those services to complete your order.

These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Sharing Created Products with Friends
When you share photos with friends, you will be required to enter their name and email address. This information is used to send your friends notification that you have shared photos with them. We will not contact them for any other reason. Nor will we sell or rent their contact information. We will store their contact information in your account to allow you to easily communicate with them in the future.

Access to Personally Identifiable Information
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may update or deactivate your account by making the change on our account information page or by sending us an email requesting us to do it for you: privacy@travelrelic.com

Right to Make Policy Changes
When deemed appropriate by Travel Relic, changes may be made to the privacy policy. The updated changes will be posted where deemed appropriate, including the Privacy Policy page, the homepage and other locations deemed necessary.
